I was wondering about el regateo. I was in europe about a couple years back, and I don't remember it as a popular thing. In fact I didnt see any of it occurring. (lets consider the fact I was in portugal) I am wondering if it is the same way in spain.
Is it popular in spain? Is it a common thing or is it something that only tourist do? What kinds of areas and items would you bargin for?
